Quick update of dinner last night.
We went to the recommended restaurant next to our B&B, Madelline’s Restaurant. I nice restaurants with some interesting twists.
Your Wine list was basic.
One option for each wine type. We went for the Premium Red wine BUT unfortunately they were out of that wine. So we ended up with a Merlot. Not bad.
The dinner menu was a prefix menu. Choose three or two items
We took a whack at the Apricot – White Stilton ,Black pudding & bacon salad.
Actually pretty good.
Got peter’s approval.
Peter went for the chicken and I for the steak.
A nice meal after a long day of walking.
